Josh Rosner is a Managing Director at Graham Fisher & Co., an independent research and advisory firm that provides institutional investors, policymakers, and regulators with deep analysis of housing markets, mortgage finance, and systemic financial risk. He also serves as Chief Policy Advisor to the Board at Paxos, a leading regulated blockchain infrastructure and tokenization platform, where he advises on financial regulation, market structure, and digital asset policy.
