Brad Thomas is the CEO of Wide Moat Research, Chief Strategist at iREIT, and host of The Ground Up podcast, where he is focused on analyzing and researching commercial real estate with an emphasis on US equity REITs. In these roles, he researches and writes on a range of real estate-based income alternatives, with a primary focus on publicly traded REITs. Thomas is a highly-recognized industry expert and sought after speaker with over 30 years of real estate experience. Today, Thomas writes weekly for Forbes.com and Seeking Alpha where he maintains “real time” REIT research on many publicly-listed REITs.
