Leo Mizuhara is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hashnote, the first fully integrated, institutional-grade investment management platform for decentralized finance. He is an expert on cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, blockchain, decentralized finance, digital assets, and Web3. Before joining the Web3 space, Leo ran Systematic Trading for Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities at DRW, overseeing over 40 traders, software engineers, and researchers. He spent 12 years at Bank of America, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing the bank's assets and liabilities as part of the Corporate Investments Group in New York. He also has experience with managing fixed-income securities and derivatives exposures on the bank balance sheet.
