Josh Young is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bison Interests, an energy investment firm committed to earning outsized returns. Josh is an oil and gas value investor who has built his career concentrating on deep value opportunities for investors. He has over 15 years of experience in investment management, 10 of which were focused on publicly-traded oil and gas securities. His focus is on energy stocks, natural resources stocks, and companies trading at low multiples to earnings, cash flow, or book value. Josh was Chairman of the Board of RMP Energy – after refreshing the board and management team and rebranding the company, it was bought out at a 78% premium. Previously, he was an energy investor at a hedge fund, a multi-billion-dollar family office, and an investment analyst and management consultant at a private equity fund.
