EARLY CAREER
Dondero has built numerous businesses operating within the NexPoint network, managing investments in real estate, private equity, high-yield and structured credit.
He began his career at JP Morgan Chase as an analyst in 1984, when he was accepted into the Morgan Guaranty training program.
He later joined American Express as a corporate bond analyst and portfolio manager.
He also earned the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Financial Analyst.
