Friedrich Bieselt is Managing Director and Management Board Member at Lincoln International, a trusted investment banking advisor to business owners and senior executives of leading private equity firms and public and privately held companies around the world. He co-leads Lincoln International’s operations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Benelux region, and holds board positions for the firm’s offices in Italy and Russia. For the past 20 years, Friedrich has provided M&A advising and execution for large corporates, private equity and family-owned businesses. He has developed a strong leadership and passion for senior execution of Lincoln International's sell-side focused business model. In addition, he acts as a senior advisor to clients and provides strategic leadership, actively develops investment theses, and supports the unique positioning for target companies.

  • He began his investment banking career at ING Barings’ Industrial Group, where he led M&A in Frankfurt and London.

  • His early career began in the tourism industry, and he held operational and management positions in Berlin and New York City.

  • He holds a graduate degree in Economics & Business Administration from Freie Universitä Berlin and an executive education certificate from Columbia University.
