BUSINESS DIVISIONS

  • Sugar, Ethanol & Energy – Adecoagro cultivates sugarcane in Brazil and operates high-efficiency sugar and ethanol mills with a total crushing capacity of 14.2 million tons. The division generates renewable electricity from sugarcane by-products, sells surplus energy to local grids, and produces biofertilizers and biomethane.

  • Crops (Grains & Oilseeds) – The company cultivates key crops such as soybean, corn, wheat, peanut, sunflower, and beans across more than 200,000 hectares in Argentina and Uruguay. Adecoagro applies regenerative agriculture techniques to ensure sustainable productivity and long-term farmland value.

  • Rice – Adecoagro operates fully integrated rice production in northeastern Argentina and Uruguay, managing four rice mills and a rice-snack facility. The company produces white and brown rice varieties and their by-products for both domestic and international markets under recognized consumer brands.

  • Dairy – The company runs four modern free-stall dairy farms in Argentina’s Humid Pampas region, housing over 14,500 milking cows. Adecoagro transforms raw milk into UHT milk, powdered milk, semi-hard cheese, cream, and flavored milk.
