Ryan Ripp
Ryan Ripp is Chief Financial Officer of Flat Rock Global, an alternative credit manager focused on unique income investments outside of traditional fixed income. An experienced finance and investment professional, he is responsible for overseeing Flat Rock’s finance and operations, including three major funds for the firm. Prior to joining Flat Rock, Ripp was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group. He focused on corporate finance and strategy practices, where he advised clients on topics including operating model transformation for corporate finance organizations, zero-based budgeting, and M&A due diligence and integration.

EARLY CAREER
He was a Senior Associate within the Equity Research Departments at Citibank and Barclays, where he covered the TMT sector with focus on U.S. internet companies.
He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the structured credit space at Credit Agricole, responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of asset-backed commercial paper financing.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
