EARLY CAREER
Peter Tchir has extensive experience trading and structuring a broad range of fixed-income products, both as a sell-side market maker and as a portfolio manager at a fixed-income hedge fund.
An early adopter of fixed-income ETFs, he has collaborated closely with major traders, investors, and product providers in the market.
During the 2008 financial crisis, Tchir served as Managing Director and Head of North American Index Trading at RBS, running the U.S. CDS-index business, a role highlighted in The Big Short.
