Matt Audette

Matthew Audette is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at LPL Financial, a leader in the retail financial advice market and one of the nation's largest independent broker-dealers. He is responsible for the firm's financial functions, including financial planning & analysis, treasury, controllership tax, internal audit, corporate development, investor relations, as well as business solutions. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to the firm's continued growth and profitability by leading corporate acquisitions, debt transactions, the client deposit portfolio, expense management, and capital allocation. Prior to joining LPL, Matt served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of E*TRADE Financial Corporation, a pioneer in the online brokerage industry and subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. During his 16 years with E*TRADE, he was a key contributor in the growth of the franchise, leading a variety of corporate transactions and capital activities.
