Emma Giamartino
Emma Giamartino is Global Group President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Investment Officer of CBRE. Emma brings together CBRE's financial management, capital allocation and corporate development activities on a global basis to help drive growth for the company. She directly oversees Controllership, Corporate Development, Finance Risk & Assurance, Investor Relations, Strategy & Operations, Tax and Treasury. She also works in partnership with the company's executive, business line and geographic leadership on both mergers and acquisitions and real estate investment activities. Emma is a Member of the company’s Global Executive Committee and is a Board member of CBRE Acquisition Holdings, Inc., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company sponsored by CBRE. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Industrious, a leading provider of premium flexible workplace solutions; CBRE is Industrious’ largest shareholder.

Most recently, Emma was CBRE’s Global Head of Corporate Development.
She joined CBRE in 2018 to lead the firm’s M&A activities in the Americas.
Prior to joining CBRE, she served as Director of Corporate Development at Verizon where she executed M&A transactions and strategic investments.
She worked in Nomura’s TMT Group, where she held progressively responsible positions, including Vice President for the Investment Banking Group.
Emma began her career as an Associate for Assured Guaranty, formerly Financial Security Assurance.
