 
Amy Oldenburg is a Managing Director and the Head of Emerging Markets Equity at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. In her role, she leads a global team of investors across New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai, and Riyadh, collectively managing over $16 billion in assets under management. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2001, Amy has held multiple senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of the Emerging Markets Equity business, and earlier roles spanning Equity and FX trading, portfolio management support, product development, and investment strategy. Amy is also an active voice in the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem, with a strong focus on how digital innovation is transforming emerging markets. Her interests include the impact of digital assets on developing economies, NFT applications, asset tokenization, and the evolution of new financial and business models driven by blockchain technology.

Her leadership emphasizes disciplined portfolio construction, data-driven insights, and active management across regions including Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
