BUSINESSES

Multi-Strategy

Sculptor’s multi-strategy platform invests in high-conviction investment ideas across asset classes, regions, and investment strategies. Its primary focus is on idiosyncratic opportunities where return drivers are less sensitive to market direction and which tend to arise when value is obscured by attributes such as complexity, corporate actions, market dislocations, or investor misunderstandings.

Credit

Sculptor’s credit platform comprises three integrated pillars: Opportunistic credit, Institutional credit Strategies, and Private Credit.

  • Opportunistic Credit invests in complex situations across global corporate and structured Credit markets, including liquidations and restructurings.
  • Institutional Credit Strategies is a performing Credit platform through which Sculptor issues and manages portfolios of loans and other assets.
  • Private Credit provides direct financing to borrowers.

Real Estate

Sculptor Real Estate invests in both opportunistic Real Estate private equity and Real Estate credit in the U.S. and Europe. It has raised approximately $7.1 billion of dedicated Real Estate capital and has completed more than 163 transactions across 24 diverse Real Estate asset classes.
