Zachary Silbersher

Zachary Silbersher is a patent attorney with lead-counsel experience in patent litigation, petitions for inter partes review, prosecution and licensing. Zachary is a Founding Partner of Kroub, Silbersher & Kolmykov, an intellectual property litigation firm, and Markman Advisors, a leading consultancy on patent issues for the investment community. Prior to co-founding KSK and Markman Advisors, he spent years as an Associate at Locke Lord and Torys. His areas of focus include strategic patent monetization, patent-portfolio valuation, consultation with buy-side and sell-side analysts on patent litigations within pharma and high-tech spaces. Zachary has been quoted regularly in the media on patent issues, including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, Vox/Recode, Nature Biotechnology and FiercePharma, among others.
