Thomas Olinger is Chief Financial Officer of Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate with a focus on high-barrier, high-growth markets. Tom is responsible for worldwide corporate finance including treasury, cash management, financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations and internal audit. In addition, he oversees the roll-up of forecasted real estate operating results and metrics globally. Prior to joining AMB in 2007, Tom served as Vice President & Corporate Controller at Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for global accounting, external reporting, technical accounting, global revenue recognition, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and finance merger and acquisition integration. Since January 2011, Tom has served as a Director of the American Assets Trust, a real estate investment trust investing in retail, office and residential properties.

  • Tom chairs Prologis’ Global Operating Committee that reviews the company’s progress against business plans and objectives.

  • Prior to his current role, he served as Prologis’ Chief Integration Officer, overseeing information technology and the implementation of best-practice processes.

  • He was involved in the merger of AMB Property Corporation and ProLogis. From 2007 to 2011, he served as AMB’s Chief Financial Officer.
