Tarek Mansour is the Founder and CEO of Kalshi, the first federally regulated exchange dedicated to trading on future events. Kalshi is the first modern platform where U.S. citizens can legally trade on event outcomes, including political elections, making it a pioneer in the prediction marketplace industry. Under Mansour’s leadership, the platform has set the standard for legally compliant event-based trading. Prior to founding Kalshi with fellow MIT graduate Luana Lopes Lara, Mansour worked as a trader at Citadel, a software engineer at Palantir Technologies, and interned at Goldman Sachs. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he has conducted research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and served as a quantitative trader for various institutions.
