Peter Bristow

Peter Bristow is President and Corporate Sales Executive of First Citizens Bank, the largest family-owned bank in the U.S. that helps personal, business, commercial and wealth clients build financial strength that lasts. He worked exclusively at FCB’s South Carolina bank and was President from 2001 until 2014. While in South Carolina, he helped integrate acquisitions to create an $8.5 billion institution, the largest bank based in the Palmetto State before the merger in 2014. In Raleigh, he has spent much of his time blending the two organizations, ranking among the bank’s highest-paid executives. In his past career, he was President, Chief Operating Officer & Executive VP at First Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Inc. (Columbia, SC), Chief Operating Officer, and Director & Executive VP at First Citizens Bancorporation, Inc. (South Carolina).
