Divya Narendra is the Founder and CEO of SumZero, the world's largest online community of professional buyside investors. Divya is best known for his involvement in the early development of Facebook and his subsequent legal dispute with its founder, Mark Zuckerberg. He also co-founded a social networking website ConnectU with his Harvard colleagues, Cameron Winklevoss and Tyler Winklevoss. Prior to Sumzero, Divya was an Associate at Sowood Capital Management, a $3.5B multi-strategy hedge fund, where he analyzed investment opportunities across the capital structure. Before that, he was an Analyst in the M&A Group at Credit Suisse in New York City.

In 2004, Narendra and the Winklevoss twins accused Zuckerberg of stealing their idea and code for Facebook. They alleged that Zuckerberg had agreed to help develop their platform but instead used their ideas to create Facebook.
The legal battle culminated in a 2008 settlement, reportedly valued at $65 million, which included cash and Facebook stock.
He was portrayed by Max Minghella in The Social Network (2010), a film directed by David Fincher about the founding of Facebook.
