Cass Sunstein is the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard University. He is the Founder and Director of the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy at Harvard Law School. As one of the nation’s foremost legal scholars, he specializes in the fields of constitutional law, environmental law, and administrative law. He has testified before congressional committees and has been involved in law reform activities and constitution-making in a number of nations. Sunstein has been at the forefront of behavioral economics for the past fifteen years.
