Benn Eifert is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of QVR Advisors. Prior to this, he was Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager at Mariner Coria. In this previous role, he was jointly responsible for all aspects of investment strategy, portfolio and risk management, fund marketing, as well as front office investment team management. In academia, Eifert has taught extensively in the Masters in Financial Engineering program in the Haas School of Business, where focused on applied financial econometrics and statistics, credit risk modeling, and applied research courses.
