Tom Slater
Tom Slater, one of the world's leading technology investors, is the Head of the US Equities Team and is a Decision Maker on Long Term Global Growth Portfolios at Baillie Gifford, one of the UK's leading independent investment management firms. Tom is the lead manager of the Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust and also manages other global and US portfolios, including the Baillie Gifford American Fund. He joined Baillie Gifford in 2000 and has spent time analyzing both Asian and UK companies. His investment interest is focused on high growth companies both in listed equity markets and as an investor in private companies.
