Stefan Spears
Stefan Spears is Vice President of Corporate Development at McEwen Mining. He joined McEwen in 2005 and has held leadership over the company’s US-based portfolio of assets, particularly the early development of the Gold Bar Mine from exploration. During his 15-year career in the resource exploration and mining industry, Spears has been involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions, and financings. He has experience in gold exploration in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and was involved in raising over C$400 million in equity capital for exploration and development projects.
