Rob Brown is the Global CEO and Managing Director of Lincoln International, a leading global investment banking advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, and valuation services. With nearly 30 years of experience, Brown has played a central role in expanding the firm’s international footprint and strengthening its position as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, privately held companies, and large public corporations. Throughout his career at Lincoln, he helped launch the firm’s Industrials and Consumer practices and spent more than a decade leading its Business Services practice, shaping strategic growth across key sectors. Brown is widely recognized for his expertise in M&A advisory, divestitures, and strategic transactions, and is a frequent speaker and contributor to top-tier financial media on trends in the private capital markets. Before joining Lincoln International, he served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, holding leadership roles within the firm’s investment banking subsidiary and Transaction Services group.
