Juliette Menga is a Director of Investments and Chair of the ESG Committee at Aetos Alternatives Management, a provider of customized hedge fund solutions to institutional investors. Prior to joining Aetos, she was a Director of Investments at Alternative Investment Group, where she launched and co-managed two hedge fund strategies focused on ESG and opportunistic investments. Previously, she worked at New York Life Investment Management as an Analyst in their Derivative Analytics Group and at Excalibur Advisors as a Research Analyst. Juliette is a skilled ESG and alternative investment specialist with experience sourcing hedge fund managers investing across the capital structure and strategies. EARLY CAREER
At AIG, she co-managed the Opportunistic and Sustainability Funds and was a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
