Ed Campbell is Managing Director, Co-Head of Multi Asset and Senior Portfolio Manager at QMA, a pioneer of quantitative investing under PGIM. At its height, Ed and his team managed more than $80 billion in retail and institutional multi-asset class portfolios for PGIM. He is now focused towards building a career portfolio, pursuing a collection of for-profit and nonprofit new ventures. Ed has nearly three decades of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining PGIM, he was a Mutual Fund Analyst at Value Line.

  • Prior to his current role, he served as PGIM's Head of Asset Allocation, where he led the $80 billion asset allocation business within QMA's Global Multi-Asset Solutions Group.

  • Ed and his team offered actively managed investment strategies spanning both traditional and alternative asset classes. 

  • He was also responsible for portfolio management, analysis, and economic and market valuation research.

  • Ed was a member of PGIM’s Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence Councils. He was a founding member of PGIM’s Latinx Executive Leadership Team (ELT). 


  • Ed has been regularly quoted in various publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Business Insider and The Financial Times.

  • He has been a regular guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television.
