The Stanford Precourt Institute for Energy draws on experts and resources across campus in the pursuit of sustainable, secure and affordable energy for all. Stanford Precourt is the focal point at Stanford University for scholars, business leaders, policymakers and others seeking solutions to the world's most difficult energy challenges. Founded in 2010, the institute aims to develop the creativity, collaboration, learning, and leadership needed for the global energy transformation. The institute also sponsors several student courses and an interdisciplinary postdoctoral program.
