Allegheny College
Completing more than 34,000 volunteer hours around the community each year, students at Allegheny College are actively engaged in learning about and shaping their community. The college offers more than 30 majors. pre-professional programs for health and law, cooperative programs with other colleges such as Case Western Reserve University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Chatham University, and new programs in energy and society and integrative informatics.

- It has produced numerous famous and successful alumni, including former US president William McKinley, lawyer Clarence Darrow, and the pioneering journalist Ida Tarbell.
