Fixed income is a form of investment security that pays investors fixed interest or dividend payments until its maturity date. Government and corporate bonds are the most common type of fixed income products. Some of the most important fixed income terms include annuity, constant perpetuity, expected value, yield to maturity, treasury notes, corporate bonds, T-bonds, junk bonds, and fixed income mutual bonds or bond funds.
