Sylvain Raynes is Chief Credit Officer of Credit Spectrum and Founding Principal of R&R Consulting, a structured credit metrics consultancy. Previously, he was Chief Information Officer at Collateral Velocity, a provider of tokenized security instruments. He also served as Vice President at UBS's deal team aircraft ABS, and Vice President of CLO deal team at Credit Suisse. Raynes is the co-author of “Elements of Structured Finance” with Ann Rutledge.
