Stephanie Ferris
Stephanie Ferris is Chief Administrative Officer of FIS, a global leader in financial services technology. In her role, Stephanie leads a global team that drives the firm's enterprise strategy, finance, M&A, legal, marketing and communications, and RISC. Her responsibilities also include accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to her current role, she served as COO of FIS where she led a team of 15,000 colleagues with responsibility for driving tech transformation as well as the global integration of FIS and Wordplay. Stephanie is an experienced, award-winning global business executive with expertise leading payments and tech platform businesses driving digital transformation, frontline customer engagement and inclusive growth. She is a business leader with general management experience and expertise in strategy formulation and execution, acquisitions, spin-offs and IPOs, often in the context of significant transformation.

She is involved in the execution of the firm's strategy and achievement of goals that create value for FIS' colleagues, clients and communities.
She came to FIS as the CFO of Worldpay, Inc., a global leader in the payment processing industry, which was acquired by FIS in July 2019.
She was designated global CFO as part of a new management team to transform Vantiv from a US payment processor to a global fintech leader.
At Vantiv, she transformed an underperforming business unit into the highest growth portfolio within the company.
She had multiple progressive financial leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, including serving as CFO of the Payments Processing Division.
She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focused on acquisitive tech and services.
In 2019, she joined the Board of Directors of lululemon Athletica, inc., where she serves on the Company’s audit committee.
She is also a certified public accountant and graduate of Miami University.
