Scott Wieler is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DC Advisory US, a leading corporate finance advisor with specific expertise in cross-border transactions. He was the Founder of Signal Hill, a company acquired by Daiwa, DC Advisory’s parent company. Prior to Signal Hill, he led one of the premier Media and Communication practices on Wall Street – Alex.Brown. Scott has more than 35 years of experience in investment banking, M&A divestitures and corporate restructurings. Throughout his career, Scott orchestrated hundreds of processes extracting billions in transaction value for clients through M&A, restructurings, fairness opinions, and private placements.
