Perianne Boring is the Founder and President of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, the world’s leading trade association representing the digital asset and blockchain industry. The Chamber's mission is to educate policymakers in shaping regulation and advocate for the acceptance and use of digital assets. Through the Chamber, Perianne has launched multiple national and global initiatives promoting best practices, real-world applications and regulatory interoperability. In addition, she is a Distinguished Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Blockchain at Georgetown University McDonough School of Economics. Prior to forming the Chamber, Perianne was a television host and anchor of “Prime Interest,” an international finance program on RT America that aired in more than 100 countries to over 650 million viewers. She interned at the White House and began her career as a legislative analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives, advising on finance on economics, tax and healthcare.

Perianne works with policymakers, regulatory agencies and industry veterans to educate them about emerging developments and usage of blockchain.
In addition to being President, she is the Treasurer at the Chamber of Digital Commerce Political Action Committee.
