Prior to his current role, he served as President International and Shareholder at Wave Digital Assets.
He served as a Non-Executive Director and Global Head of Key Clients and Strategic Partners at Jupiter Asset Management, a $80 billion FTSE asset manager based in the UK.
He also founded alternative investment advisory boutique Hermes BPK, a joint venture with the British Telecom Pension Scheme.
As CEO of Pioneer Investments, he was responsible for global distribution and commercial strategy and was CEO of $90b Italian asset manager.
He was also responsible for Pioneer's global wholesale and institutional distribution business in 20 countries.
Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Director and Head of Financial Institutions - EMEA at American Express Bank.
