Evanston
Evanston was labeled as the best city in Illinois to start a business due to its high number of entrepreneurs, easy access to top level college graduates, and entry to an adjacent large city. The city is also known for its waterfront sandy beaches. Almost all of it is accessible to the public during summer months.
