INVESTMENT STRATEGIES


Event/Structured Trades

This strategy aims to be independent of the general economic environment and to produce returns that are correlated to specific event trades rather than to broader markets. It is focused on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns through an event-driven mentality.


Secondary/Private Equity

This strategy seeks to provide asymmetric risk-return opportunities with a shorter investment horizon, mitigating the opportunity cost of capital. It targets mature and cash-generative traditional Private Equity assets combined with selected non-traditional, shorter duration, and sometimes more liquid alternatives.

European Real Estate
The Real Estate strategies provide financing solutions to the European Real Estate sector, having executed more than €1 billion of deals across 35+ transactions. These range from senior debt to mezzanine and preferred structured equity. 

Global Convertibles
This strategy harvests those natural features of the convertible instrument into a liquid, investment-grade UCITS format with no geographical or sector restrictions.
