Act before markets change direction

One of the biggest mistakes investors make is thinking that they can get out or buy in once a market starts to change directions. This is usually false. You have to act before markets change direction, because when they do so, they turn very quickly with low liquidity.

  • If you don't act before a market turns, you will likely miss out
    • Price tend to change very rapidly when markets turn
    • Liquidity dries up when markets turn
    • Everyone else wants to buy or sell at the same time when markets turn
