He leads the firm in providing liquidity globally by purchasing bankruptcy claims, distressed debt, liens, judgments, distressed assets, and frozen accounts. In addition to his considerable experience in the microcap and distressed credit spaces, Thomas has also been involved with several real estate investment trust liquidations.
