Mikhail Voloshin is the President, CEO, and Lead Developer at Mighty Data, Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to boutique software solutions. He leads the firm in providing all parts of the software development process—from design and specification through UAT and turnkey handover. Voloshin has over two decades of experience in professional software development. His work has ranged from network driver development and encrypted communication protocol design, to financial analytics, to web-based multiplayer games. Previously, Voloshin served as a software engineer for Google, where he wrote behavioral analytic algorithms in the Doubleclick advertising platform. He was a software engineer at Microsoft's speech recognition team that eventually became Cortana. Voloshin has also worked at hedge funds, social networks, military communication device developers, and robotics companies. He is the author of Dopamine, a fast-paced cyberthriller about computer hackers and the Russian mob.
