Marcus Frampton
Marcus Frampton is the Chief Investment Officer of the Alaska Permanent Fund. He joined the wealth fund in 2012 and served as the Director of Investments, Real Assets, and Absolute Return. Prior to this, Frampton held various roles in investment banking with Lehman Brothers and private equity investing with PCG Capital Partners. In his personal investing activities, Frampton is a keen follower and investor in the micro-cap and OTC stock markets. He publishes the Micro Cap and OTC Stock Letter, a private monthly periodical on this overlooked corner of the capital markets.
