Jason Bodner is the Co-Founder of MAPsignals, a quant stock research service focused on unusual institutional activity. Prior to this, he spent nearly 20 years on Wall Street. Since leaving the financial district, Bodner has launched two hedge funds and co-founded a quantitative investment research firm that provides multi-billion-dollar money managers with exceptional market insights. His research firm has created two options courses for Investopedia Academy.

Academic History

EARLY INVESTMENT CAREER

  • Bodner began his career in the investment industry in 2001 at Cantor Fitzgerald, working on the 104th floor of One World Trade Center. 
  • He moved to Cantor’s London office just weeks before the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
  • He then traded and sold derivatives and ETFs for Jefferies.

  • Bodner is a contributing author to the Navellier & Associates Sector Spotlight column, offering commentary and analysis on US equity sectors.
