Arjun Kalsy is Head of Ecosystem at Mantle Network, a cutting-edge, high performance Ethereum Layer-2 protocol developed by BitDAO. In his role, he is looking to onboard companies seeking to evolve from centralized structures to decentralized leadership. Prior to joining Mantle, Kalsy was Vice President of Growth at Polygon, where he led business development and ecosystem expansion for the platform. He was also instrumental in security several large deals with enterprise clients including Reddit, Instagram and Disney. Before that, he was an Engagement Manager at Playment, a proprietary AI training platform, where he helped clients train high accuracy AI/ML computer vision models with a focus on enabling autonomous vehicles and transportation.
