The London Stock Exchange is the central stock exchange in the U.K. and the largest in all of Europe. LSE is physically based in the city of London. In 2007, the London Stock Exchange merged with the Borsa Italiana to establish the London Stock Exchange Group. Through its principal markets, the LSE gives cost-efficient access to some of the world’s deepest and most liquid pools of capital.
