Yam Karkai is the Founder and Creator of World of Women, a blue-chip NFT collection that highlights 10,000 different women each one with diverse features, created in Yam's signature hand-drawn colorful style. Yam’s mission has always been to highlight and empower women by making them the center of her pieces. She creates pieces that focus on bringing women into the spotlight while celebrating diversity and increasing representation in the NFT space. She uses vivid harmonious color combinations together with playful, delicate lines and a touch of fantasy. Through the World of Women signature collection, Yam has boarded thousands of people to NFTs and Web3. All of the project’s 10,000 NFTs have been sold, many to notable celebrities, influencers and women’s advocates.
YAM'S ART & WoW COLLECTION
10,000 randomly generated digital collectibles of various rarity living on the Ethereum blockchain as ERC-721 tokens and hosted on IPFS.
The project is a welcoming token for minorities and emerging women artists in the changing NFT space.
The universe built by Yam has its own halo and a very characteristic style that is easily recognized.
She is heavily inspired by her life experiences, her multicultural background and her surroundings.

Prior to WoW, Yam was a Google Ads Quality Rater for Virtusa, a global provider of IT outsourcing services.
Yam also has experience in translation and content creation for travel and social network websites.
She has expertise in instagram strategies and content creation, working in creative fields such as photography, cooking and entertainment.
