Thomas Rice is the publisher and editor of The Bowser Report, a monthly financial newsletter specializing in fundamental analysis of stocks trading for $3 or less per share. Learning from The Bowser Report’s founder, Max Bowser, his passion for mini-priced stocks quickly grew. Throughout his tenure as a publisher, Thomas has maintained his learnings from Max: to continue his legacy of providing top quality research on low priced stocks.
