Concentrated Portfolio

A concentrated portfolio holds a limited number of different securities in order to attain a level of diversification. Contrary to higher levels of diversification, which involves buying a considerable number of different securities in order to reduce risk, a concentrated portfolio might have fewer than ten stocks.
