Susan Cain is a best-selling author of Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts, that argues that modern Western culture misunderstands and undervalues the traits and capabilities of introverted people. Founded the Quiet Revolution in 2015, Cain has been championing introversion as a growing movement, with initiatives in the areas of children, lifestyle, and workplace. Cain has been a fellow and a faculty/staff member of the Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership, an educational non-profit organization, while also having a record-smashing TED talk that has been viewed over 20 million times and was named by Bill Gates one of his all-time favorite talks.
