Conflict

A conflict is characterized by a collision or disagreement between two opposing parties. Conflict can occur between employees, committee members, ordinary members, volunteers, clients or the community. Often associated as a clash of interest, it is caused by differences of opinion, disagreements between members, or scarcity of resources. It may arise from differences, both large and small, with people disagreeing over values, motivations, perceptions, ideas, or desires. These can be due to misunderstanding, Conflicts are also an opportunity for growth, with various bases including personal, racial, class, caste, political and international, it follows a specific course of action that often leads to improvement.
