Mississippi College is a Christian liberal arts school who became the first co-ed school in the country to grant degrees to women. Founded in 1826, it is the oldest higher education institution in the state. It aims to integrate faith into its curriculum and offers more than 50 undergraduate areas of study, as well as over 50 graduate programs, including the state’s only physician’s assistant program.
