Rob Shafir

Robert Shafir is the Chief Executive Officer of Sculptor Capital, a global diversified alternative asset manager based in New York City. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he held various roles at Credit Suisse Group, most recently as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Americas. Shafir also worked at Lehman Brothers for 17 years. He held senior positions in the company, including Head of Global Equities, Head of European Equities, and Global Head of Equities Trading. He played an integral role in building Lehman's equities business into a global, institutionally-focused franchise.
